Our community rules

Be respectful

Treat every member the way you'd want to be treated. No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.

Be authentic

Use real photos of yourself and accurate information. No impersonation or catfishing.

No explicit content

Nudity, sexually explicit material, and solicitation are not allowed.

Protect privacy

Don't share other members' personal information, photos, or messages without consent.

No scams or spam

No solicitation, fundraising, commercial promotion, or links to external services.

18+ only

Aloveaura is for adults aged 18 and over. Minors are not permitted.

Stay safe while dating

  • Meet for the first time in a public place and tell a friend where you'll be.
  • Arrange your own transportation to and from the date.
  • Never send money, gift cards, or share financial information.
  • Be wary of anyone who quickly pushes the conversation off-platform.
  • Trust your instincts — if something feels off, it probably is.

Reporting a member or content

  1. Open the member's profile or the chat with them.
  2. Tap the menu (•••) and choose Report.
  3. Pick the reason that best fits and add any helpful details or screenshots.
  4. Submit. Our Trust & Safety team reviews every report, typically within 24 hours.
  5. You can also Block a member at any time — they will no longer see your profile or be able to message you.

Removing your own content

  • You can edit or delete photos and information from your profile at any time.
  • You can delete individual messages from any chat thread.
  • You can delete your account from your profile settings — this permanently removes your data.

What we do

We review reports, remove violating content, and may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that break these rules. Serious violations (threats, illegal content, child safety concerns) are escalated to the appropriate authorities.
