Welcome to Aloveaura. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply globally; if any provision is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, the remainder remains in effect.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You must not be barred from using the service under applicable law.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for your account credentials and all activity. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, or unlawful content.
  • No nudity, sexually explicit content, or solicitation.
  • No impersonation, spam, scams, or commercial promotion.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the service.
  • You must be the person in your photos.

4. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Aloveaura a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by your local consumer law.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Aloveaura does not conduct background checks on members. Use caution and your own judgment when interacting with others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aloveaura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Aloveaura from claims arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

Where permitted, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aloveaura operates its primary entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
